The 2010 is one of the finest Dom Pérignon vintages of the decade — a year of low yields and high concentration that produced a Champagne of remarkable intensity and precision. Beneath the Lady Gaga collaboration packaging lies the same meticulous blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the house's Grand Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The nose opens with white flowers, ripe pear, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it is simultaneously powerful and weightless — toasted almond, citrus zest, chalk, and a long, saline finish that pulses with energy. The mousse is extraordinarily fine. This is serious Champagne that happens to come in a collectible package. Serve at 8-10°C. Perfect with Dover sole meunière, sushi omakase, or as the centrepiece of a celebration.
