Why build a cellar now
Exceptional Entry Points
The secondary market has corrected 25–30% from 2022 highs. Wines that were prohibitively expensive three years ago are now accessible.
Scarcity Is Permanent
Every bottle opened is one fewer available. The world’s greatest wines are produced in tiny quantities from specific vineyards in specific years.
Drink and Hold
A cellar isn’t a warehouse. The best collections provide outstanding wine for your table while the remainder quietly matures.

How It Works
The process
Tell us your preferences
We begin with a conversation about your palate, your drinking habits, the occasions that matter to you, and how you think about building a collection over time.
Receive your curated proposal
Your advisor prepares a detailed cellar plan — wines selected across maturity stages, regions, and producers, tailored to your style and ambition.
Consultation and refinement
We walk through the proposal together, adjusting allocations, swapping producers, and refining the mix until it reflects exactly what you want.
Sourcing and storage
Wines are sourced through our trading desk and stored under bond in professional, government-regulated facilities. Every bottle is fully insured and traceable.
Ongoing cellar management
Your advisor monitors your cellar continuously — advising on drinking windows, rebalancing allocations, flagging market opportunities, and ensuring your collection evolves with you.
